Ronaldo – Ronaldo, a strategic mastermind with over two decades of corporate leadership experience, holds a Master’s Degree in HR and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University. Having served as the CEO of two credit unions, he currently holds the position of CEO at the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and church planting, Ronaldo, alongside his wife Cristian, has successfully initiated one of the fastest-growing churches in Baton Rouge, LA, with plans for expansion to New Orleans in 2024. Ronaldo is committed to fostering leadership in others, encapsulated by his personal mission statement: to change the world by building the people who will change the world.

Cristian – Cristian, along with her husband Ronaldo, brings over two decades of leadership expertise. Possessing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Cristian has dedicated over 15 years to the field of education, serving in various leadership capacities within the school system. Transitioning from education to focus on ministry, entrepreneurship, and leadership development, her recent achievement includes obtaining a John Maxwell Leadership Certification in speaking, training, mentoring, and coaching. With a fervor for entrepreneurship and church planting, Cristian and Ronaldo have successfully launched one of the fastest-growing churches in Baton Rouge. Cristian firmly believes that leaders are not merely born; they are cultivated.
